Social good is an important way of giving. Many employees donate the financial value of rewards received to making a difference in the world. We will see a surge of interest by employees in donating to micro-funding and grassroots-sponsored project organizations like Plan USA, Vittana and more. When a corporation gives an award for these employees, they’ll feel their acknowledged workplace contribution is greatly appreciated by employer.

Recently, we had a client from a large convention come to us with a request for a custom presentation coin. They were after a 3” x 3” presentation-style coin, which are very common and appropriate recognition pieces for outgoing presidents and board members. They also wanted a nice presentation box to go along with it.

With laser, we can do individual box with each honoree’s name. Screen print or pad print can do many pieces with the same design or logo. But only laser has the flexibility to make everyone a unique piece.

Generally speaking, volunteers tend to be humble people. Their nature is to give, not receive. They put others first, and tend to their own needs quietly and secondarily. They don’t crave the spotlight or yearn to be the center of attention. Volunteers use their time and resources to make other people’s lives brighter.
