Each design is stamped using Die Struck process into brass material and the recessed areas are filled all the way up with Hard Enamel which is then fired at high temperature. This produces a jewelry-like quality pin with a high level of detail and color. Each hard enamel pin is highly polished to a brilliant luster and smoothness.
