Award request: honoring women in its profession who successfully “broke through the glass ceiling.”
An “Out of the box” approach created this award that represented pieces of glass: a four sided glass pyramid on an aluminum base that contained shards of glass, representing in a dramatic way the professional accomplishments of these wonderful women.
