A true classic like John Wayne

Leather products have been around for a long time — well before John Wayne. In the past, marking the leather was typically done by pressure stamping. The unfortunate part of this method was that a physical stamp had to be produced, so hot stamping is good for volume production.

With technology on new laser machines, we can do engrave on one piece of leather now. Leather is not man made, results may be different from piece to piece. The lighter-color leathers typically laser the best. The tanned or stained leather will also produce a decent contrast and appearance. Dark-stained leathers such as black leathers will certainly work, but the appearance of the engraved graphics is very muted. Then we can use color filling to do it.
